The only constant in life is change…
Welcome to Forest & Flos!
Founded in 2015 as The Herb Life, we began by celebrating the feminine cannabis experience and building a community around safe access and destigmatization. Over time, we expanded our focus, embracing health, happiness, love, finance, and holistic living, all while staying true to our roots.
After a three-year break, we’ve returned with renewed energy and purpose. Forest & Flos fosters authentic connections through shared stories and experiences. We believe in exploring life’s challenges with humour and lightness while keeping grounded in what truly matters.
Our community is at the heart of everything we do. We create written, audio, and visual content along with custom apparel and curated products, all aimed at enhancing well-being and sparking joy. We’re here to learn, grow, and heal together, offering a safe space for exploration and connection.
Thank you for being part of our journey. Let's continue to grow, share, and thrive as a community.
